1. Relationship with Yamjoy
A merchant participating on Yamjoy operates its own restaurant or food business and is responsible for its licences, staff, premises, food preparation and compliance obligations. Yamjoy charges a 10% commission on the food amount of new online orders. There is no monthly merchant subscription or trial expiry. Delivery fees are accounted for separately. Verified digital payments are held until the customer confirms receipt, then the merchant amount is released automatically to the restaurant wallet. Gateway fees are borne by the platform. Existing orders retain the terms recorded when their payment was initiated. POS cash sales are recorded as restaurant revenue and never automatically increase the digital wallet balance.
2. Menu and availability
Merchants must keep menus, prices, operating hours, item availability, descriptions and any legally required product information accurate and current.
3. Food safety and quality
Merchants are responsible for complying with applicable food-safety, hygiene, licensing, labelling and public-health requirements and for using packaging suitable for delivery.
4. Orders
Merchants should accept, prepare and update orders promptly and should not mark an order ready before it is reasonably ready for collection. Repeated avoidable cancellations, inaccurate availability or unsafe practices may lead to review or restriction.
5. Customer data
Customer information supplied through Yamjoy may be used only as needed to fulfil, support or lawfully administer the relevant transaction. It must not be used for unrelated marketing without a valid legal basis.
6. Payments and records
Yamjoy or its payment partners may collect and settle amounts in accordance with the merchant's commercial agreement. Merchants remain responsible for their own taxes, invoices, accounting and regulatory records.
7. Suspension
Yamjoy may temporarily restrict or suspend merchant access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, repeated service failure, legal compliance or investigation of a serious complaint.
